Riverside
"Riverside," 6" x 8", oil on linen on panel. Along the Nomini River, Northern Neck, Virginia. We stayed here for a week in August last year, in a house right on the river. The river views were unforgettable, and I've been painting them lately, wishing I were back there.

Cherry On Top
Cherry On Top. Actually it's a grape tomato, not a cherry tomato, nestled inside a piece of orange peel, atop an antique wooden industrial spool. I was reminded so much of a maraschino cherry perched on top. 3" x 5", oil on linen on panel.
This painting is sold in a frame with a wide linen liner, and here's how it looks:
The overall size including the frame is approximately 10-1/2" x 12-1/2".

The overall size including the frame is approximately 7-5/8" x 9-5/8".
